Display detailed hard drive status in pain English

Instead of just displaying the raw hard drive data, which is not that helpful for most users, give a detailed descrption of any issues found. The description would indicate if the issues are minor (no need to replace the drive at this stage), or serious (the hard drive should be replaced very soon).

This would make the program much more useful.
